CrossFit is generally designed with a set weight. But, you can use lighter weights to have more challenging workouts. EMOM is an abbreviation of Every Minute on the Minute. Each workout consists of a specified number reps. Rest and then start over. Using stereotypes about women and men will only get you so far in this type of workout.
